Black Market Policies
1. No abusing the supplies for non-RP purposes. Violators will have their supplies taken away and fired.
2. No cutting deals. Our prices are set and all our dealers have to sell their supplies at the same price. Violators will have their supplies taken away and fired.
3. Trespassers in the sewers will not be shot on site. Black market members should assume that anyone entering the sewers intends to locate the black market. If they are not looking to do so, get them to leave.
4. The black market is a neutral organization and only favors repeat clients, and relies solely on business. Only threats against the well-being of the underground economy authorizes intervention. The intensity of the situation determines whether the intervention is lethal or not.

Black Market Director: ($150) The boss of the Black Market. He distributes supplies, dictates the prices, and has [ACT] item-access.
Black Market Chairman: ($100) Assists the kingpin in the distribution of items amongst the dealers. seeks and searches for large business deals with other organizations. Has access to [ACT] items, however does not deal directly.
Black Market Overseer: ($90) The boss' right hand man. He makes sure that the dealers are on task and not messing around. He may also engage in the dealing of [ACT] items.
Black Market Businessman: ($75) The workhorse of the 'company'. This employee works hard to make every deal he can to increase the BM's income and influence in the server. He has [CT] access and makes deals.
Black Market Envoy: ($60) Advertises black market wares and refers interested sales persons to other BM salesmen. He also deals [CT] items to those who contact him.
Black Market Salesman: ($50) This class is the engine of the machine. They wander the city, and work their way up the BM chain by selling low-key items from the [C] level.
Black Market Recruit: ($35) These are the fresh recruits of the Black Market. They usually hang around the other dealers trying to gain experience and learning how to sell and guarding. These units are like hype-men. They are always there to back-up their allies, and protect BM wares.
